It's so nice! We upgraded from a '90s Kenmore model, so the change has been fantastic. I love that it's not Smart enabled, which keeps it simple. It's efficient and so quiet.The only downside is that it's very low to the ground, so our next purchase would be raisers.

We have had our unit for one year now. The washer makes a very loud squeal in the spin cycle. The entire unit moves AND leaks a small bit of water during washes as well. And despite constantly cleaning it, when you open it's door, it has a rotten smell. After just a few weeks of owning this product, we called Electrolux about the squeal, unit movement and leak and they told us that it is probably a large, uneven load issue. We tried small loads, medium loads and large loads, all of which resulted in the above issues.After about six months of owning the product, we had a local appliance repair person out to look at the unit. Nothing needed repaired (of course...the product was essentially brand new!) and we were told that it was just a bad design.My grandparents owned Electrolux products, that still work after 75 years! This is why we purchased the brand...we had high hopes of a superior product. Unfortunately, we are left trying to save up money to buy a new -non Electrolux- unit.

Me and my girl are really happy with our all in one washer dryer combo it gets close clean it has a 15 minute the laundry cycle on washer and I think 30 minute's dryer cycle it definitely saved some room in our small laundry room.

I like the new washer/dryer combo that was installed at our house. I personally prefer a non-stacked washer and dryer, but with limited space this was the best option for the home. I like the various cycles offered and it gets the job done. My only comment as a potential con is that I've noticed the washer doesn't turn off automatically, so with other people in the household this is something I have to check every time someone does laundry.

When our last dryer died, we figured it was time for a new one, and even a washing machine since both were the same age. This dryer fit right into our cubby perfectly and runs great. No learning curve needed. With our old washing machine, we needed to leave the door cracked open otherwise it started smelling. Even so, we would have to run a "self clean cycle every couple of weeks. With the Electrolux we can set a wash cycle with a cup of vinegar to keep it fresh - no need for aftermarket and expensive products. Thank you Electrolux!

I live in a condo with a laundry "closet" so I had to get a stackable unit. I chose the Electrolux, mostly because it was the only one with reversible doors, which were required for it's location. Now I wish I'd used the money spent on this unit to repair my old GE unit. Hardly any water in the wash cycles (and we've done all the recommended ways to fix this.) Actually took stuff out of the washer that wasn't even completely wet at the end of the cycle! One quick wash 15 minute cycle. All other wash cycles are over an hour. Dryer just doesn't dry. I set everything on high (over an hour cycle time) and use the "dryer boost" function and items still come out damp. ( 'Normal' cycle doesn't even heat.) I absolutely hate it and wish I'd returned it right away. Plus the issue of having to leave the door open (and detergent drawer) to avoid mold. Oh, and we didn't know, until they delivered it, that it required 2 separate outlets. 220 for dryer and 110 for washer. Had to pay to hire an electrician to install another socket! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I never considered Electrolux for a washer/dryer before. I am sure glad that I did! This compact size looks, feels & acts like a full size machine. I allows me to wash a complete queen size bed linen set & blanket without it struggle to wash it or not getting the load clean. I love the easy set load options for both the washer & dryer. I really appreciate the Eco modes for both as well. My only wish is that there was another products compartment for adding Oxywash along with the liquid detergent. Until I get used to doing it this way, i have found myself having to unload the washer to add Oxywash in the tub first. It would also be nicer if the washer was set a little higher so I wouldn't have to really bend down quite low to load & unload at 72 years old. Otherwise, I really love this Electrolux stackable system.
