Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

REALLY GE ??

Whoever wrote the program to connect this to WiFi should be placed inside one of these ranges on ROAST. Seriously? How hard does it have to be to put a wifi password in these things? GE FAIL!

Accident waiting to happen

Buyers remorse here 7/7/2026

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE APPEARANCE! This stove will burn your food or not cook it at all because the control panel is so sensitive. It will turn the burner up or off and possibly turn all of the burners on inadvertently because of the sensitivity. If a drop of water touches it it™€™s a wrap. Do not leave it unattended because this is a liability waiting to happen. You may think your pot is on a low temperature when you walk away but it may turn all the way up on its own which has happened to me twice. My house was full of smoke because the food was burnt and I was not aware of the temperature readjustment. The oven is steam clean which is another problem as well because it only melts whatever you™€™re supposedly cleaning and the glass on the oven door becomes sticky. Not worth the money and definitely is an accident waiting to happen.

Fragile control panel

27AshA27 6/10/2026

I was so excited to get this oven. The control panel looked so sleek, it had so many options, and it had the induction cooktop which was exactly what I was looking for. As an oven and stove it works just like any other would. My three star rating is because the glass control panel is fragile. Less than two months into having this range, I found part of the glass on the control panel was chipped. I™€™m pretty careful when I use my cooktop and even invested in some protection covers, so I™€™m not sure how it could™€™ve chipped so easily. I honestly don™€™t even remember a pan bumming that area. Since it™€™s cosmetic, the warranty doesn't cover any of it. I don™€™t spend $3000 lightly, so this hurts a bit. If I were to buy a new oven I wouldn™€™t buy this one. Maybe I should have listened to the people that told me to buy an LG.

Unsafe design

Cjval 3/28/2026

I really want to love this range, but I don™€™t think it is safe. I got this tange on January 2, 2026. I have scalded myself several times when opening my oven door when temp is 400 or more. It looks fine when I first open the door, and then after about a second or two, a rush of hot air and moisture comes out of the door and scalds my forearms and fogs my glasses. I asked the store where I purchased it to come out and look at it and they basically said it was working as designed. If so, it is a terrible design. I sm afraid I am going to get really burned. I like the induction part. Just scared of tge oven.

Garbage

Ewok6063 3/17/2026

Oven garbage! If pan doesn™€™t match size of burner doesn™€™t work , basically eliminating two burners. But the big burner you can put smaller size on. Why? After a week my oven makes an annoying buzzing/screeching sound if you turn stove on past 5.

Best range we have ever owned.

Ken678 2/10/2026

We replaced a duel fuel Profile that was only three years old. The reason™€¦felt the gas cook top was becoming dangerous for an older couple that cook a lot. We would sometimes leave it burning not seeing the flame. The cook top was also hot and difficult to clean. This new induction top is perfect for us. It™€™s super fast and makes your whole stove top a work and cooking space. It™€™s easy to clean™€¦really easy. The convection oven performs very well and the insulation seems better. I frequently bake bread at 500 degrees and the kitchen does not heat up..Bottom line, this appliance is perfect for us. Two of our friends have purchased the same range after seeing ours in action.

Routine errors with the control panel

AlexisV 1/23/2026

What a complete headache. We have had call for repairs 8 times in the 3 years we've owned this stove. Once was luckily within the first year of manufacturers warranty and thank god we purchased the extended plan. At this point, the warranty company is offering to buy out our contract. We've been told that we are using too many features (aka using the oven at the same time a the range top) and that turning off wifi would fix it. Fun fact - it didn't. Broken on Thanskgiving, Christmas Eve, and weekends. We have the repair man's name saved as a frequent contact. Ridiculous.

Do Not Purchase anything GE

bradreview 12/30/2025

Bought a GE Profile range on Dec 2 . On the 3rd time using the oven the interior glass exploded while cooking. Range not even a month old. Tech came out looked at it took a picture and left. We have not gotten any direction from GE. No Answers. The customer service is trash. Do not buy anything GE. They are not in any hurry to help. Build quality is terrible and only slightly better than customer service.

Do not use self cleaning mode

Darryl1900 12/4/2025

Our oven stopped working after using self clean the first time. Service tech replaced boards and thermostat which took several weeks to get. The audible alert for timer complete up to temp etc is too quiet even set to max volume. Set Alexa integration but that feature is virtually worthless. Alexa integration works great on our GE washer and dryer.

Controls are a bit finicky

Dorfie 11/29/2025

Using an induction stove requires a little learning curve, but that's well known. Overall, I'm quite happy with the range. My only complaint is that setting the stovetop controls is a bit finicky. When I press on a certain setting, it doesn't always register, nor does it when I slide my finger over the arc. One feature that would have been nice would be a numerical readout of the current setting at each burner.

Burner control panel is problematic

Induction fan 5 9/27/2025

This is the second GE induction range we have bought in the last ten years. The first one is at our cabin, the control panel is tipped away from the cooktop. When we bought the new one for our main house, the burner control panel was redesigned and is almost flush with the cooktop. Thus, water or steam will splatter onto the panel. It then senses the heat should go up or down based on where the water lands. Then, I can™€™t change the heat setting as the panel won™€™t sense my change. So I end up with things boiling over. The only fix is to remove the pan from the stove and dry the panel with a towel. This happens so often I am buying a new stove with knobs rather than an electronic panel. I don™€™t recommend this stove for this reason.

Great features

Cehn64 9/4/2025

Received the range today! Have used it just once but found the setup easy. The controls were so easy to find the right temperature. Two choices for future cleaning is really nice. I™€™m looking forward to trying the Steam Clean as I had the high heat self clean before in my old electric range which took forever. Also, I really like the ease of cleaning the glass top.

Good but with quirks

Bleahy72 8/22/2025

Overall the range performs well enough. The convection oven is excellent. But difficult to clean bottom and neither self-clean nor steam clean seem to be appropriate (manually cleaning is the only option that wont boid warranty?). Cannot speak to the airfry setting, as it requires the app to use (?!?!) and the app is trash. Burners are finicky - one burner (front left)will accept an induction compatible pan, but not the other burners. If I am using the left front burner, the left rear burner may or may not work (?!) Have had difficulty finding cookware I like that will work on all burners . Cast iron works best, but you have to ensure bottom of pan is flawlessly smooth or it will scratch the glass). Enameled cast iron is your best bet.

Easy learning curve

CarolJ14 7/27/2025

I am new to induction cooking and knew there would be a learning curve. I have been pleasantly surprised at how easily I have adjusted to this new form of cooking. Unlike electric stoves which I find hard to regulate, this stove raises or lowers the heat instantly with a simple move of the touch screen. Cleanup is also remarkably easy. Definitely a good purchase.

Like cooking on Gas but Better

Dot76 7/24/2025

I've only had this stove for about 3 months and am just getting used to it. I love that cooking on it is much like cooking on gas in that the burner heats quickly and cools quickly when you turn the burner off. The controls provide one complete control of the temperature. The glass cook top is easy to clean. However, I have yet to figure how to clean the control panel and get it streak free. The controls are so sensitive they turn on when wiping them off. I'm constantly having to touch 'cancel' during cleaning. The oven is huge with three racks! I'm looking forward to learning to use the airfryer and other features. Over all I am very pleased and would buy this range again.

DonFer 7/15/2025

We live our new range - looks fantastic in our kitchen- the air fry feature is used more than we anticipated. The range top is much easier to clean than our previous stove. The touch top controls are easy to navigate and the timer gives a one minute warning signal which is very convenient!

Oven died aftet six months

Gym56 4/30/2025

We have had the GE Model PHS93EYPFS induction range for six months and one evening it died. We had the oven set at 350F and I turned on a burner to boil water. Five minutes later it was dead. We scheduled service and after several weeks and a new control panel and power board, it is working again. I like the induction, when it is working. The touch screen controls are okay, but you have to be careful not to bump or rub them; I have accidentally turned burners off or down. The induction top is nice because food does not get baked on, but we are constantly buffing it to make it look clean. My biggest complaint, bedsides it dying, is that that you can not use the broiler with the door open. I believe the broiler is disabled with the door open, so you don™€™t destroy the control panel. I have quite a few things with the broiler because can™€™t see things cooking. I ended up buying the 5 year extended warranty to protect my investment.

ST109 12/15/2024

VERY COSTLY MISTAKE. After months of research, I was sure I'd found my dream range. Beautiful sleek design, responsive burners, air fryer, wifi™€¦ all the bells and whistles but the biggest disappointment ever. The front touch control panel is SO sensitive that lightly brushing across the panel completely readjusts the settings. I can™€™t wait to replace this unit with one that won™€™t cancel my oven settings before the cheesecake is baked.
